Our vouchers can be purchased, downloaded and sent instantly. Simply select the Artisan Gift Voucher and choose the monetary amount.
- If not already stated and confirmed at the time of reservation, guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to arrival.
- A credit card must be provided at the time of reservation to secure the booking.
- High Tea reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking.
- No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking.
- Decreases in attendee numbers will not be accepted within 24 hours before arrival, and charges will apply based on the confirmed final count.
- Our Artisan high tea offering can be tailored to the following dietary requirements: Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free.
- Please ensure you select the correct dietary menu for each guest when booking.
- We may not be able to accommodate additional dietary requirements and/or allergies without sufficient notice.
